What to include in your message.
The more information you can provide up front, the faster we can resolve your issue. If you are reporting a problem with one of our applications, please include:

- ▸ Device model and operating system version (for example, iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.2).
- ▸ What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- ▸ Steps to reproduce the issue, if you can.
- ▸ A screenshot or screen recording, if relevant.
