("SOFT-MAN Development Garage", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Romania under tax ID (CUI) 46809248, trade register number J2022000797373, with registered office at Str. Mesteacănului, Nr. 12, Idrici, Vaslui, Romania.

2. Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit smdevgarage.ro (the "Website") and when you contact us by email. Each mobile or web application we publish has its own dedicated privacy policy covering the data processed by that application. Please refer to the policy linked from the App Store, Google Play, or the application itself.

The Website is a static informational website. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics that profile visitors.
Specifically:
